Ryan Blatt

Ryan Blatt is Head of Real Estate & Capital Markets at LRE Advisors. Ryan directs LRE's real estate practice, including market evaluation, deal structuring, site and portfolio strategy, and the firm's work with family offices, private equity groups and institutional investors entering the laundromat sector.

Ryan brings more than a decade of experience across real estate private equity, development and venture-backed operating roles. He was a Principal at KD Sagamore Capital, a New York City real estate development and investment firm focused on under-utilized assets in urban markets, where he led acquisitions and development across residential and mixed-use projects. He went on to manage national real estate acquisitions and development for CloudKitchens, overseeing site selection, capitalization, due diligence, entitlements and project delivery as the company scaled its portfolio across the U.S. He has since led real estate and capital markets strategy for private equity and hospitality ventures, including building a new acquisitions vertical for a New York-based PE firm.

Ryan holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Vanderbilt University and a master's in real estate finance and development from New York University.
