LRE Advisors is a division of LaundryLux, Inc. We provide laundromat investment advisory, intelligence, and related services to private investors, multi-store operators, and institutional capital groups across the United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you visit our website (the "Site"), use our services, or interact with us through any of our digital channels.

By using our Site or submitting information to us through any form, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide, information collected automatically when you visit our Site, and information from third-party sources when applicable.

Information You Provide Directly

We collect personal information when you voluntarily submit it through forms on our Site. Depending on which form you use and the nature of your inquiry, this may include:

  • Contact information such as your name, email address and phone number
  • Business and investment details such as your business name, investment goals, market presence and state of current operations
  • Equipment and service preferences relevant to your inquiry
  • Email address when you subscribe to our newsletter

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect technical and usage data including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, pages visited and time spent on each page, referring URL and exit pages, and general geographic location (city/region level, derived from IP address).

This information is collected through cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies. See Section 6 (Cookies and Tracking Technologies) for details.

Information From Third-Party Sources

We may supplement the information you provide with publicly available business data (e.g., commercial real estate listings, public business records) to support our advisory services. We do not purchase consumer data from data brokers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To deliver our services. We use your information to assess your investment goals, prepare for consultations, conduct market analysis, and provide tailored advisory recommendations. We may build an internal investor profile based on the information you submit and subsequent interactions to provide you with relevant, personalized service.

To communicate with you. We use your contact information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, send follow-up communications related to your engagement, and deliver the email newsletter you subscribed to.

To evaluate and prepare for prospective engagements. Information from our forms helps us understand your needs, prepare for productive conversations, and connect you with the right member of our team.

To improve our Site and services. We analyze usage data and feedback to improve website functionality, refine our content and resources, and enhance the user experience.

To comply with legal obligations. We may use or disclose information as required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or distribute your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Within our organization. LRE Advisors operates as a division of LaundryLux, Inc. Your information may be shared internally with relevant LaundryLux teams (e.g., equipment specialists, financing services) when necessary to deliver the services you've requested. This is a core part of our integrated service model — when you engage LRE for advisory services, your experience may involve coordination with LaundryLux equipment, financing, and service teams.

With service providers. We work with trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, form processing, data management, email delivery, and analytics. These providers may use automated tools, including AI-assisted technologies, to help us process and organize information. All service providers are contractually obligated to use your data only to perform services for us and to protect your information in accordance with this policy.

For legal compliance. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or regulatory authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

In a business transition. If LRE or LaundryLux is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change via email or prominent notice on our Site.

4. Investor Profiles

When you submit information through our intake form or engage with our advisory services, we may create an internal investor profile that consolidates the information you provide. This profile helps our team deliver personalized recommendations, prepare for consultations, track the status of your engagement, and coordinate across service areas (e.g., site selection, equipment, financing).

Your investor profile is maintained internally and is not shared with external parties except as described in Section 3 above. You may request a copy of the information in your profile, request corrections, or request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

5. Financial Information and Credit Checks

Our engagement process includes an acknowledgment that you may be asked to provide financial documents and consent to a credit check as part of our qualification process. We want to be clear about how this works:

We do not collect or process financial documents through our website. Financial documents and credit information are collected only after you formally engage our services. Any credit checks are conducted through authorized financial service providers and are subject to separate disclosures and consent at the time they are initiated. Financial information is handled with strict confidentiality and used solely to assess financial readiness and facilitate financing arrangements when applicable.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site currently uses minimal tracking technologies. We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies or use cookie-based retargeting.

Your web browser or our hosting platform may set essential cookies necessary for the Site to function properly (e.g., session management, security). These are standard across most websites and do not track you for marketing purposes.

If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this section and, where required, provide you with notice and the ability to manage your preferences.

Managing cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, though doing so may affect your ability to use certain features of our Site.

Do Not Track. Our Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We will update this policy if our practices change.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS) between your browser and our Site, access controls limiting who within our organization can view your information, use of established, reputable third-party platforms for data storage and processing, and regular review of our data handling practices.

We require that our third-party service providers maintain appropriate security measures to protect the data we share with them.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access and correction. You may request to update, correct or remove information we hold about you by contacting us.

Deletion. You may request that we delete your personal information from our systems, including your investor profile and any data associated with form submissions. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are required to retain information for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes (e.g., completed contractual obligations, financial records).

Unsubscribe from emails. Every marketing or newsletter email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional communications related to an active service engagement.

Withdraw consent. Where we rely on your consent to process personal information, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to maintain your investor profile if you are an active or prospective client, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. If you request deletion, we will remove your information within 30 days, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements.

Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources (e.g., financing partners, industry publications, educational platforms). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a prominent notice on our Site. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
