Nick Grant guides laundromat operators and prospective business investors through critical elements of site selection and store launch.

Nick joined LRE at its launch in 2022 and oversees the site selection and market analysis process, as well as stakeholder and vendor coordination throughout the transaction and construction phases of new build projects.

Before LRE, Nick managed buildouts for national multistore operators, supporting clients through 18 laundromat deals and store launches in a single year. His earlier work in project management and logistics sharpened his ability to run complex, multi-vendor builds where meticulous due diligence, and careful sequencing and coordination decide the outcome.

Nick brings that same discipline to advisory work at LRE, where each project hinges on the same attention to detail and follow-through.
