Cody Milch is Head of Strategic Development and founder of LRE Advisors. He saw an industry that had long lacked the data, strategy and technology serious businesses rely on — and built LRE to close that gap, giving investors and operators the clarity and rigor the laundromat business had never offered them.

With more than a decade in the laundromat industry, Cody understands it at the most granular level the equipment, the economics, the operating realities and the people who run these stores. That depth comes from growing up in the business at LaundryLux, the family-operated commercial laundry manufacturer and distributor that has been a fixture of the American laundromat industry for seven decades. It gives him a vantage point on where the business is headed that almost no one else in the field has.
